Returns and exchanges are not prohibited once orders are placed. Due to such high demand, our custom design services and hygenic reasons all sales are final on our wigs and products.
We understand that purchashing wigs without our in person consultation can be a difficult process. Our "Visionary Hair" team will do our best to design your unit as accurate as your supplied measurements to avoid any non-returnable/refundable inconvience. All wigs are accurately represented in photos displayed on this site and any additional changes to and design must be conveyed when order is placed. Additional Fees will apply for custom styles.

All shipping occurs on business days only, unless otherwise specified. All orders, including Expedited orders placed after 1:00pm est will be processed the next business day. Wigs are shipped after the design is completed

International Shipping - $98.00
